- The USDA, Forest Service, Rocky Mountain Region is soliciting quotes for Call-When-Needed (CWN) Light Fixed Wing Airplane Services with companies with home bases that can provide support in the following states/territory: Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming. The resultant contracts will consist of one base year and two option years. These services include flying for administrative purposes, transport of personnel and cargo, wildfire detection, fire reconnaissance, and air tactical missions. The solicitation will be open to small businesses only. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency.
