Bidset information is available on the Internet via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/TDMD This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand qty of 720 each for the base year and 4 option years. 72 DARO, Destination/Origin. Notes 8 and 27 apply. 100% Set-Aside for HUBZone Small Business concerns. Only offers from HUBZone manufacturers or dealers furnishing HUBZone manufactured product will be considered. Surge and Sustainment is required. First Article Test Required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
