- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to solicit and award a contract on a sole source basis to the Trust for Conservation Innovation in accordance with Federal Acquisition Part 12, for chemical management consulting services for support of the DLA comprehensive chemical management program. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received by January 03, 2008 will be considered by the Government. Anticipated award date for this requirement is January 07, 2008.
