- THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE RELEASED VIA THE INTERNET. This will be the only method for distributing solicitation documents and amendments. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING AND DOWNLOADING AT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE: www.esol.navfac.navy.mil The official planholders list will be maintained and can be printed on the website only. Amendments will be posted to the website for viewing and downloading. IT IS THE OFFEROR?S RESPONSIBILITY TO PERIODICALLY CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR AMENDMENTS. ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS AND PLAN ROOMS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE. All contractual and technical questions shall be submitted to Carrie Grimard via facsimile at 812-854-3800 or e-mail at carrie.grimard@navy.mil Solicitation documents will only be available electronically at the following website: www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Provide the following forklifts: three 6000-6500 pound EE electric forklifts, five 6000-6500 pound DS Diesel forklifts, and two 8000-10,000 pound DS Diesel forklifts. Term of the lease shall be for a 12-month base period plus three 12-month options periods. Option periods will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Routine maintenance will be performed by the Government. The initial term of the lease shall be for 12 months commencing on the day the forklifts are delivered to NSA Crane. Forklifts must be delivered by November 30, 2007. NAICS Code is 532490 ? Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with a size standard of $6.5 million. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. Solicitation documents will only be available electronically at the following website: www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Release date is tentatively scheduled for Friday, October 26, 2007 with proposals due at 4:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, November 6, 2007.
