- DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Coast Guard intends TO PROCURE CONTRACTOR SERVICES TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL TRAINING FOR COAST GUARD PERSONNEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATTACHED SOW. This notice is a PRE-solicitation for a commercial service in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the pre-solicitation; proposals are being requested and a solicitation will be issued. Therefore, please read this entire notice, the instructions herein, and the attachment documents carefully.
