- Description
- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCA has a requirement for one red mobile fire trainer. Manufacturer: Kidde ML-1000 OR EQUAL. To include a fully integrated sound system, a 3rd fire in the 2nd story room and two forcible entry door props. This delivery will be to Patrick AFB, FL. Expected delivery date is 31 May, 2008. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a full and open competitive acquisition. Solicitation No. FA2521-07-T-0423 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Federal Supply Class (FSC) of 3695, business size of 500 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333319. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 15 Nov, 2007 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals may be submitted via hard copy, fax (321-494-6193), or e-mail. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Anticipated award date will be on or around 7 Dec, 2007.
