- The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material & supervision necessary to perform the Janitorial, Landscaping, Pest Control and Minor Maintenance Services, per Scope of Work, for the Social Security Administration (SSA) office in Greeneville, Tennessee. The Base Contract will be for one (1) year & will have two (2) one-year options for continuation of services based on performance & other criterion determined by the Contracting Officer. A Site Visit will be conducted on January 3, 2008 @ 2:00p.m. EST.
