- The Bureau of Land Management, Arizona State Office, intends to solicit animal transport, adoption, and rescue services in accordance with the Free Roaming Wild Horse & Burro Act of 1971. Performance of this service shall occur at various locations throughout Arizona. Contractors shall provide certification and representation information (available on line at: https://orca.bpn.gov), and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) prior to an award. This solicitation is a small business set-aside with a dollar magnitude between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 dollars. The small business size determination is based on NACIS Code: 237110.
