Description

This acquisition is for engineering support to design, develop and integrate a Joint Tactical Terminal-Senior (JTT-Senior) upgrade kit with an option for a Technical Data Package for the upgrade kit. The JTT-Senior System upgrade kit consists of a h ardware component and a software component. The hardware component includes new Single Board Computers (SBCs) and new COMSEC Modules. The software component includes Common Interactive Broadcast (CIB) Waveform and Common Message Format (CMF). The Governmen t requires engineering support to design, develop, and integrate new SBCs, COMSEC modules, CIB waveform and CMF for the JTT-Senior System. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Raytheon Network Centric Systems, St. Petersburg, FL, under the aut hority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. All updates, including documents, will be posted to the website maintained at the CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (CECOM LCMC), Fort Monmouth, Interactive Business Opportunities Page https://abop.monmout h.army.mil . Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply.
