- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for four (4) each IED Kits MPT-30 Mfr# Pacific Coast Systems PCSA2023032, four (4) each Powerpack Cable Mfr# Pacific Coast Systems PCSA0821002, four (4) each MPT Stands Mfr# Pacific Coast Systems PCSA1920030, one (1) each LED Test Block Mfr# Pacific Coast Systems PCSA1720001 and one (1) each Mode Control Program Mfr# Pacific Coast Systems PCSA1620010. Anticipated award date is 28 December 2007. This is a Sole Source with Pacific Coast Systems, LLC. IAW FAR 6.302-1. Pacific Coast Systems, LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement. Pacific Coast Systems has a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC). Proprietary information from this agreement makes Pacific Coast Systems uniquely qualified to produce the kit. Pacific Coast Systems is the sole proprietor of this IED Kit. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3489 with a business size of 500 and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 332995. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Pacific Coast Systems, LLC is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
