- Description
- The Department of Veteran Affairs Salt Lake Regional Office intends to award a contract for transcription services for the VA Regional Office, Ft. Harrison, MT. Services will include pickup of micro-diskettes from the VARO Ft. Harrison, transcription of tapes onto floppy disks, and return to VARO office. Prospective contractors, and all potential subcontractors must be located within the United States or its territories. All potential contractors/subcontractors must pass a background check before beginning work. Contract period shall run from the date of award for one year with 4 one year options to renew the contract. Contract will be awarded to a small business. All requests for copies of the solicitation shall be in writing to: Department of Veterans Affairs, Salt Lake Regional Office, 550 Foothill Drive, P.O. Box 581900, Salt Lake City, Utah 84158 or by fax to (801) 326-2422 and reference solicitation number VA-341-08-RP-0007.
