- TUCKPOINT & SEAL COAT AREA A AND AREA B AT FDR, MONTROSE 620-07-110 Scope of Work Contractor to provide all labor, tools,, materials and supervision for project # 620-07-110 - Tuck Point and Seal Coat Building 4 (Area -A and Area -B) as per the construction drawings at the Hudson Valley Healthcare System - Castle Point Campus. The Contractor will perform masonry repairs, joint tucking, miscellaneous caulking and painting and seal coat of the exterior masonry for building due to weathering and age to eliminate leakage and seepage of rain and melt water and damage to brick trim and surfaces to cause collapse or falling pieces. Project Completion: 150 Calendar Days
