- Description
- Request for proposal (RFP) for the operation of the Little Rock Job Corps Center, located in Little Rock, Arkansas will be available approximately January 3, 2008 on the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website: http//www.fbo.gov. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus incentive fee for a 2-year base period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2010 plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 175 residential and 25 non-residential students. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 17, 2008 at the Little Rock Job Corps Center, 2020 Vance Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72206-1651. There will be a tour of the facility following the conference. Upon entering the facility, participants will be directed to the conference site. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to the RFP will consist of Oral Presentation and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 12:00 p.m. local time Monday, March 3, 2008 to the San Francisco Regional Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
