- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant and Health Inspection Services (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) intends to sole source for Multilure Traps Yellow Base Made of Thermoplastic UV, Chemical and Order Resistant = With S Hook on Swivel/Ring with A Better Trap, Inc., Fresno, CA (Patent No. US 6,532,695 B1 Trade Mark 14542,003) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, and U.S.C. 253(c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be normally considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR Part 12. The NAICS code is 339999.
