- DSCR plans to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a one-year base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year option periods. The Solicitation Number will be SPM4A6-08-R-0277; IQC07324009013; R-A07323004. This IQC covers NSN 5365-01-335-0101. The Acquisition Item Description (AID) cites this item as the following: RING, EXTERNALLY THREADED. The estimated annual demand quantity is 420. The solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a Firm Fixed Price under provisions of FAR Part 15. Recommended approved source cited in the AID is SPECTRUM ASSOCIATES, CAGE CODE 55723, PART NUMBER 01-165. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation on 3 December 2007 but is a Critical Application Item. The solicitation does not contain progress payments. Delivery requirement are 30 days after receipt of order or best possible delivery. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance Destination is required.
