Description: A One-Time Waiver has been granted to Rockwell Collins, Incorporated (RCI) for items and contracts contained in RCI's corrective action plan (CAP) and/or OTW request. This action is taken under authority deledgated to the Director, Defense Contract Management Agency, for broad-based CAPs and OTW requests. The OTW is effective December 18, 2007, and applies to non-compliant specialty metals incorporated into items produced, manufactured or assembled in the United States prior to October 17, 2006 and where final acceptance takes place after that date, but before September 30, 2010.
