- Description
- The major role and responsibilities of the position is to provide the services of a senior, expert disaster and reconstruction manager who will serve as the principal manager and coordinator for all aspects of readiness and implementation in the two island nations of the humanitarian relief and reconstruction policies and programs provided for in the applicable FEMA/USAID inter-agency agreement(s). S/he will also act as an advisor to the two embassies on disaster relief and reconstruction matters.
