- 1. Amendment 01 is hereby incorporated into Request for Quote (RFQ) number SP3100-08-T-0030 and shall become a part of any resultant contract. 2. The end pieces required for CLIN 0003 carton set is revised as follows: The material specification for part numbers 2 and 3 (End Pads), as shown on sheet 9, of SPI No. 00-856-6885 is revised to read fabricate/assemble in accordance with ASTM D4727 Type CF, Class Domestic. The Variety may be any combination of SW, DW and TW, Grade 275 or better, as long as the dimensions of the end product meets the requirements of this drawing, as shown in details 1 and 2 of sheet 12. The Adhesive used in assembly shall be commercially acceptable for the variety and grade of fiberboard used. 3. All terms and conditions remain unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-DEC-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
