- The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 intends to award a sole source contract to ASHLAND, INC, ONE DREW PLAZE, BOOTON, NJ, 07005, for Advantage 1400 and Amercor 1849 chemicals for proper operation and maintenance of Camp Lejeune boilers, for Public Works, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547, pursuant to FAR 5.2 and 13.106(b). This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
