- The Naval Warfare Surface Center ,Panama City Division, (NSWC, PD) intends to award on a sole source basis a firm-fixed price contract to UNDERSEA SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL DBA OCEAN TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS, INC., OF 3133 W. Harvard St., Santa Ana, CA 92704-3912 for 2 EA THROUGH WATER COMM KITS version T-1 (Part No.: 7648324-1) and 2 EA THROUGH WATER COMM KITS version T-2 (Part No.: 7648324-2). These kits are identified by the Naval Sea Systems Command Sour Control Drawing, 7648324. Source Control drawings are utilized only when authorized. They are utilized to identify proven sources of supply for equipment that requires special attention to detail in its fabrication due to its use in critical applications. Ocean Technology Systems is both the original developer of the equipment that comprises the Through Water Comm Kits and the only suggested source of supply identified in the source control drawing. These items will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity-Pan ama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018.
