- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for MK 146 Warhead Bases and Cases in accordance with Drawings 233AS2004 and 233AS2005. First Article: 5 Each for Warhead Bases and Cases. Production Quantity: 1,000 Each. Delivery Schedule: First Article 60 days After award of contract. Production Quantity: 1,000 with a delivery of 120 days after approval of first article. Four (4) Stepladder Option Year Quantities ranging from 1-1,000 each, 1,001- 2,000 each, 2,001 ? 3,000 each, 3001 ? 4,000 each, 4,0 01 each ? 5,000 each, 5,001 ? 6,000 each, 6,001 ? 7,000 each, 7,001 ? 8,000 each 8,001- 9,000 each and 9,001 and 10,000 each. Delivery Schedule: 1,000 each due 120 days with the 1,000 due every 30 days until completion. The method of Source Selection will be based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The NAICS Code is 332995 Size Standard is 500 employees and FSC Code is 1377. Use your e-mail ?read notification? to confirm the contract specialist?s receipt of your registration. The Government is not responsible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It is the requestor?s responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of solici tation and amendments. Once the solicitation has been issued on the In ternet, the contract specialist will send an e-mail to the registered requestors informing them that the solicitation is now available for downloading off the Internet. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil (Copies of solicitation will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed or provided in person. These types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED.) Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database. Offerors and contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. The requirement will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately January 18, 2008. Prior to this date, you will not be able to access this solicitation.
