- The purpose of amendment 4 to this Broad Agency Announcement is to allow for Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee completion and/or level of effort basic plus options award pursuant to FAR Parts 16.306 and 17.2 as well as Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ ) type contracts with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee completion and/or level of effort tasks pursuant to FAR Part 16.504. For IDIQ type contracts, the previously stated dollar thresholds of $75M still applies to contracts awarded as a result of this announcement. T he total term of the resulting contracts, regardless of contract type, cannot exceed 60 months, including time for preparation, approval, and distribution of any final report.
