- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for Primer, 250 Large Rifle Primer, CCI Brand 1000/pkg; Quantity 109 each; The full text of provisions and clauses incorporated herein may be acc essed electronically at the following sites: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ and/or htt://www.arnet.gov/far. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (no addenda). FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, Technical Capabili ty - Offerors shall meet the (1) technical (2) price and (3) past performance, requirements of the solicitation; Technical and Price when combined are of greater importance than past performance for this acquisition. For Past performance - Offerors shall p rovide (3)references including contract number for demonstrating offerors can meet or exceed the required delivery and past performance; FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (must be completed).
