Description: As stated in the original solicitation, Past Performance will be an evaultaion factor for award. Offerers should include 3 references along with quote. Q&A: Question #1: Is the requirement to repair 100% of the delivered gearbo xes, meaning that if any parts other than those listed need to be replaced, is the gearbox deemed unserviceable or is the contractor required to replace necessary parts to put back into service? Answer #1: The contractor is responsible for puttin g the gear box back into service. The items listed in the Scope of Work are items, at a minimum, that need to be replaced. If any other items are damaged or broken, the contractor is responsible for fixing them and getting teh gear boxes back into service.
