- This is a sources sought announcement only for the purpose of conducting market research. This is not a solicitation announcement of Request for Quotation, nor does it constitute any commitment by the Government. No award will result from this Mark et Survey. A market survey is being conducted to determine if there are adequate sources for this project for small business set-aside award. A web based tool is required to provide real-time legislative information and news, such as track bills, c ommittees, members and statutes. The Contractor shall provide a tool that is a web-based technology with the capability for multiple users to search multiple databases and receive e-mail alerts on the entire federal legislative process such as; bill statu s and committee actions, daily floor schedules current and upcoming committee schedules, witness statements from committee hearings and committee action reports. Contract duration is for 5 years. All interested small business concerns are required to respond to this Sources Sought announcement with their qualifications via email by December 12, 2007 4:00p.m., E.D.T. The information provided in response to this Sources Sought notice will be used to finalize the acquisition strategy for the requirem e nt. All interested small business concerns should respond to Angela Gorman via Angela.Gorman1@conus.army.mil regarding this Sources Sought announcement.
