- Description
- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary to remodel the northern end of Building 111 at 2200 Fort Roots Drive in North Little Rock, AR. The work includes new flooring, new ceiling tile, new light fixtures, paint and repaint walls, patch walls where old electrical is removed. The size of space being remodeled is approximately 5,807 S.F. All work shall be performed in accordance to the project plans and specifications. The dollar magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS 236220 applies-size standard is $31 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and CCR at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the fedbizopps website. You must register as "Interested Vendor" at the fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps "To Receive Notification" for amendments. Offerors are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation. Contracting Officer is Michael D. Barger.
