Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This procurement is being made in accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12, FAR Part 15, and FAR Part 16.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG23-08-R-MOT010 and it is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-09. The NAICS code is 611699. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) will award a single Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) type contract for Tactical Operations Program Management Support and Tactical Training services. The period of performance for the base period is eight (8) months from the date of award, and four (4) one year option periods and one four (4) month option period, not to exceed a total of 5 years. The services will be ordered through task orders containing Firm-Fixed price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract line items (CLINS). The contractor shall be required to provide services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
