- The National Institutes of Health (NIH) The Office of Research Facilities is contemplating an award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multi-Award Task order contract to highly qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to determine interested and capability of potential qualified firms with North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Potential tasks are, but not limited to the following: Building new offices, laboratory, upgrading electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems, painting, upgrading fire alarm systems, and other related alterations and repairs at the NIH campus, Poolesville, Maryland and various sites in the metro and Baltimore areas. It is anticipated this be a multi award with a base and possible 3 or 4 options years, if exercised. Interested firms shall submit (3) copies of their qualification statements addressed to the Contracting Officer and the adddress listed below. Qualification statments shall not exceed 20 pages (no hyperlinks or electronic media) and ahll have the following: Company Name, Address, Telephone Number, Fax and Small Business Category (i.e.8(a) SDVOSB,DUNS Number.
