- The U.S. Department of Education (ED), Office of the Chief Financial Officer, intends to award a purchase order to secure on-site training on the Federal Acquisition Regulation for 20 ED employees at the Department Headquarters (400 Maryland Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20202). This training must, but is not limited to, the following key topics: 1. The training shall familiarize new and seasoned contracts professionals with the ability to be presented with a problem, individual search for information and develop solutions; and 2) Attendees shall learn how to find, interpret, understand, and apply the Federal Acquisition Regulations and guidance. Upon course completion, the contractor shall assess each student's ability in order to identify additional growth opportunity. The contractor shall provide all course materials and handouts required for the course.
