- The Department of Education's (ED), Financial System Operations (FSO) requires long-term contractor support for the daily operation of the Education Department's Central Automated Processing System (EDCAPS), an integrated financial management system. EDCAPS is made up of five components: 1) Financial Management Support Software (FMSS), 2) Grants Administration and Payment System (GAPS), 3) Contracts and Purchasing Support System (CPSS), 4) Travel Management System (TMS), and Nortridge Loan System (NLS).
