- NSN 9150-01-518-9477, Lubricating Oil, Engine. Unit metal can contains 1 quart. Purchased IAW Technical Data Package 13873, Spec Number Mil-PRF-2104H, Shelf Life: Type II, 36 Months. QPL applies. Solicitation will be a Firm Fixed Price with a 100% option. Quantity is 5,820 QT to stock location Tracy, CA and 13,500 QT to New Cumberland, PA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation is Unrestricted. The solicitation issue date is 27 December 2007 and the closing date is 28 January 2008.
