- PLEASE SEE CORRECTED SIC CODE AND FSC CODE NON-PERSONAL SERVICES DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-08-T-5000, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215. The size standard is $12,000,000 in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2542. THE FSC CODE IS 54. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140TH MSG CONTRACTING OFFICE, BUCKLEY AFB IS SEEKING TO TO PURCHASE FOR THE 137TH SWS GREELEY AIR NATIONAL GUARD STATION, 2605 E 8TH ST, GREELEY CO, 80031 A ROLLING SHELVING/STORAGE SYSTEM. FIRST REQURIEMENT - WOULD LIKE SHELVING SYSTEM TO BE IN A LOCKABLE CAGE. SYSTEM WILL BE ROLLING ON FLOOR SIDE TO SIDE IN ORDER TO MANUEVER IN BETWEEN ROWS. SHELVING HEIGHT IS TO BE AS HIGH AS POSSIBLE FOR SAFETY. ITEM WILL BE LOCATED IN WAREHOUSE SETTING AND UNSURE OF HOW HIGH SYSTEM IS SAFETY ALLOWABLE AND OR BUILDING CODES IN COMMERCIAL SETTING. SECOND REQUIRMENT - 6 LOCKABLE CAGES WILL BE NEEDED. SAME HEIGHT AS THE ROLLING SOTRAGE UNIT AND NOT TO VIOLATE SAFETY OR FIRE CODES. A WAY TO RETRIEVE ITEMS ON THE HIGHER SHELVES WILL NEED TO BE MADE AVAILABLE. CAGE DOORS MUST BE WIDE ENOUGH TO MANUEVER A PALLET JACK THROUGH. THIRD REQURIEMENT - FOUR ADDITIONAL CAGES GROUPED TOGEHTER. DOORS NEED TO BE AS WIDE AS EACH INDIVIDUAL CAGE FOR OPTIMUM USE OF SPACE. SHELVING HEIGHT IS TO BE AS HIG AS SAFETY ALLOWABLE AND/OR BUILDING CODES. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND DRAWINGS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT SITE VISIT.
