- A76 Tentative Decision, Cost Comparison Results for Clerical Support Services. The NRCS has completed a direct conversion with cost comparison study for Clerical Support Services (NRCS-14-MO-03). As a result of this study, performance of this function shall remain in-house. Appeals must be received in writing and within 15 working days after the publication date of this notice. The completed cost comparison form and detailed supporting data is available to affected parties upon request by contacting the individual below. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-AUG-2003).
