- Description
- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number R-CHI-00920 in support of HUD Headquarters, Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R). This procurement is for a fixed price contract to provide a one-year subscription for information on multifamily project occupancy and rents, for the Economic and Market Analysis Division in the Office of Economic Affairs. The contractor will be expected to provide data on all property types including transaction monitors and rent and sales comparable data. This is a follow-on contract - the current contractor is Reis, Inc. A sole-source solicitation is planned. The proposed task order is for a period of one year. Solicitation package will be available on or about July 16, 2007. Quotations will be due on or about July 30, 2007.
