- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Seal Beach Division intends to award a sole source contract to Electronic Design Engineering Inc, Norco, CA for the following items: Remote Function Controller M/N 1130 (7 ea); Monitor Port M/N 1100-51 (7 ea); The authority for this sole source action is U.S.C. 2304(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency?s requirement. The required equipment must be form, fit and functionally compatible with existing equipment that are components of the Weapons Impact Scoring Set which is integrated into the WISS for Navy Training Ranges. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is not a request for proposals or a solicitation of offers. The applicable NAICS code is 33411, and the size standard of 1000 employees. FFP contract. Delivery FOB destination, 120 Days AR O. Award date on or NTL than 18 Dec 2007.
