- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to negotiate on a competitive basis for the acquisition of an unofficial guide and a visitors map for Naval Station Great Lakes Public Affairs Office. These are Commercial Enterprise Publications published to provide Navy personnel and their families with critical information about the mission of their command, installation, community services available, local geography, history, and related information. The terms of the agreement will be for a base period of one (1) year from date of award with options for five (5) additional years. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of Department of Defense Instruction 5120.4, 16 June 1997; Navy Publications and Printing Service Instruction 5600.42A; and Department of the Navy Publications and Printing Regulations NAVSOP-35. The publisher agrees to adhere to all appropriate DoD/Navy references. The RFP will be made available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil. Paper copies, faxed copies, or email copies of this solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFP and any amendments thereto. Responses must be received within 15 days of publication of this notice.
