- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport intends to award a firm fixed price order under FAR part 12 procedures to acquire quantity twelve (12) National Instruments PN 778296-01, VXIpc-872B 1.26 GHz, Windows 2000 installed as a sole make and model. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. Delivery of two (2) units is required by March 31, 2008 with the remaining units due by April 30, 2008. FOB Destination, Naval Station Newport. Award will be made based on Best value, with factors of Past Performance and Price. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
