- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-08-T-0024: This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561720 (Janitorial). The small business size standard is $15 million. FedBizOpps<B R>Numbered note 1 applies. The solicitation is for a commercial performance based service contract to provide janitorial services at the Greers Ferry Project Office, Heber Springs, Arkansas. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of< BR>February, 2008 through January 31, 2009 and four annual option periods. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about December 18, 2007. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance from the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S07T0021. All offerors ar e encouraged to visit the Armys Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities.
