- 1.2 Requirements The contractor shall provide one (1) Tour Manager and Professional Entertainment for deployment sites in Qatar and Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Services provided during the tour include, but are not limi ted to: meeting and greeting deployed service members, signing autographs, attending command functions, posing for photos, participating in print and audio interviews and participating in Super Bowl activities at each deployed site as specified in section 1.3.2. 1.2.1 The tour shall feature current or recently retired NFL football players and current NFL Franchise Cheerleaders for the below listed requirement. Any substitutes/equivalents shall be mutually agreed upon in writing by the Contractin g Officers Representative (COR): REQUIREMENT Super Bowl Sunday NFL Football Tour DATES (subject to change) 29 Jan - 7 Feb 08 (10-day tour) 1.3 Performance. The contractor shall provide a total of one (1) Professional NFL Meet and Greet (M&G) tour in accordance with (IAW) Title 10 US Code, all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Department of Defense (DoD), and other pertinent regulations, directives, and guidance. Cer tification by the Government of satisfactory services provided is contingent upon the contractor's performance IAW the terms and conditions of the referenced contract, this PWS and all amendments thereto. 1.3.1 The tour group shall consist of the following personnel (tour size shall not exceed six (6) participants): 1.3.1.1 One (1) tour manager 1.3.1.2 Three (3) current or recently retired NFL Football Players. Recently retired means within the last 5 years (since the 2002/2003 sea son). All players shall have been on a starting roster for no less than 3 seasons during their professional careers. All players shall have played in key positions such as quarterback, running back, kicker, defensive safety, defensive linebacker, or wide receiver. Any exceptions shall be negotiated at the time of contract award. 1.3.1.3 Two (2) current NFL Cheerleaders from any NFL Franchise Cheerleader Group. 1.3.2 The group shall be available to travel to multiple Forward Operating Bases ( FOBs) each day and participate in up to 6 hours (not including travel time) of M&G sessions with uniformed service members within the OEF Theater of Operation.
