- AFDW A7KS, Bolling, AFB, DC is soliciting offers for maintenance, technical support and update/upgrade services for existing Transparent Language CL1-150 software licences. This is a combines synposis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F1AF297313AQ01 and will be issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. The NAICS code is 511210 and the size standard is $23M. CLIN 0001 reads as follows- CLIN 0001 1-Year Maintenance and Technical Support Plan and Update Upgrade Stream Subscription. The technical support plan provides unlimited telephone and email technical support for one named lead technician and one named backup technician. Includes support for integration of update upgrade stream. The Update Upgrade Stream Subscription includes rights to all updates and upgrades and unlimited use of all current content in the USG CL 150 Content Pool by the Licensed Community, during the subscription period ? 12 consecutive months. CLIN 1001 Option year 1- Government reserves the right to exercise the OY - 1-Year Maintenance and Technical Support Plan and Update Upgrade Stream Subscription. The technical support plan provides unlimited telephone and email technical support for one named lead technician and one named backup technician. Includes support for integration of update upgrade stream. The Update Upgrade Stream Subscription includes rights to all updates and upgrades and unlimited use of all current content in the USG CL 150 Content Pool by the Licensed Community, during the subscription period ? 12 consecutive months. Contractor makes available all software upgrades. Over the term of this contract, the contractor will provide software upgrades at no additional cost to the Government. The contractor agrees to make dedicated personnel available to provide technical support over the lifetime of the contract. A qualified expert will respond to technical support issues within 24 hours of a report problem. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.0. 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications. Award will be evaluated based on lowest price technically acceptable. The Government anticipates award on, or about 20 December 2007.
