- This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Contract Action. The United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force District of Washington 9AFDW), Acquisition Division, intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract to BAM Technologies. BAM Technologies shall provide academic and technical development, training, and management of the Air Force Automated Education Management Systems Portal as defined in the PWS. Statutory Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only one Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. There is no solicitation document available. All requests must be received in writing no later than 12:00 p.m. on 17 Dec 2007. No telephone request for information will be accepted.
