- SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The U.S. Air Force intends to award a sole source contract for continuing services currently performed at Nellis AFB, NV. This is a follow-on action, and the performance period is 1 Oct 07 through 30 Sep 08. The award will be to Brodart Company, dba McNaughton Book Lending Services, 500 Arch Street, Williamsport, PA 17701. Services under this award consist of the leasing of books for the Nellis AFB library. Statutory authority for this sole source award is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
