- Description
- The Department of the Air Force 23rd Contracting Squadron at 4380B Alabama Road, Moody AFB, GA intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) for base custodial, child development, and youth center custodial services on or about the week of 22 Oct 07. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this solicitation is 561720. The small business size standard is $15,000,000. A firm fixed price contract will be issued for a basic period of nine months with up to three one year options. The solicitation is a competitive RFP using commercial procedures. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) process. The tentative date for the site visit is 6 Nov 07 at 1000 hours. Pre-registration is encouraged to conduct access to base for the site visit. The solicitation will be available to view and download on www.fbo.gov. on or about the week of 22 Oct 07. All offerors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. No paper copies of this solicitation will be mailed or faxed. All amendments will be electronically posted as well. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted.
