Description

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has a requirement for warehouse management services that is located within 35 miles of 500 C Street, SW, Washington, DC. This is a competitive 8(a) set aside. The contractor will provide all labor, materials and facilities necessary to perform these services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is May 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008 with 4 one-year options, as unilaterally determined by the Government, for the continuation of these services. The North American Industry Code for this procurement is 493110 and the size standard is $21.5 million. The Wage Determination Number is 2005-2104, Revision 5, dated 7/05/2007. Funds are not currently available at this time and FAR 52.232-18, Subject to the Availability of Funds, applies. Proposals are due January 11, 2008, 2 pm, EST at 500 C Street, SW, PP5, Washington, DC, Attn: Linda Jackson, Contract Specialist.
