- IQC07344009002, this is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 5970-01-109-3903, Insulation Sleeving, Electrical. This is a Critical Application Item. Manufacture in accordance with drawing and specification listed in the procurement item description with shelf life of 24 months. The Contracting Officer: Theresa Richardson, 804-279-2612. The estimated issue date is: Jan 4, 2008 and estimated closing date is Feb 5, 2008. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and 4 option years. The base year and option years estimated annual quantity is 75,516 each. Surge and Sustainment is required. The requested delivery schedule is cited in the RFP is FOB destination, and Inspection/Acceptance at destination, and 125 DARO. The procurement is 100% Hubzone Set-Aside. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
