- Description
- The issue date for the following solicitation is December 7, 2007. The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposal from prequalified contractors for the Elevator Upgrades at the Los Angeles, CA Palms Station. This is a USPS owned building. The project is to be completed in 180 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $350,000-$450,000. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 10:00 am on Monday, December 17, 2007 at the site. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award. The project name is USPS, the password is LA Palms Elev. Prequalified Contractors are: A&D Fire Protection Gen; Adams/Mallory Const; Amko Dev Inc; Angeles Contractor; Athena Eng Inc; Harry H Joh Const; Keith KC Lee Inc; Houalla Enterprises Inc dba Metro Builders; MTM Const Inc; PBS Const; Stevens Const Inc; and Stilwell Const Inc. No additions will be made to the list of selected contractors for this project.
