- Description
- The scope of work consist of but not limited to providing new concrete pavers for the sidewalk that match the existing ones, and replacing the broken pavers on the sidewalk. The two corners of the plaza with the handicap ramps will have the broken pavers removed and will be poured concrete that will be colored and stamped to match the rest of the sidewalk pattern. The contractor will be providing new foam core, concrete logs and will be replacing the pavers pedestals that support the pavers that are directly under the new logs. Performance based contracting does not apply to this procurement as this acquisition is for construction services.
