- Description
- The United States General Services Administration has a requirement for the selection of a quality contractor for the Boiler Replacement Project at the Forest Service Federal Office Building in Elkins, West Virginia. This project is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The work includes but is not limited to the following: Replacing existing gas/#2 oil low pressure steam boiler system, including the two 1550 MBH boilers, the boiler breeching, the associated pump assemblies, the expansion tank and make-up water system, piping insulation, shot feeder and the air separator. The system shall be connected to the existing BAS system and be BACNET compatible using UNC category hardware panel.
