- Description
- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to issue a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Deltek Incorporated (Deltek), 13880 Dulles Corner Lane, Herndon VA 20171, for 20 Each Standalone Licenses of Deltek Risk+ Software, to include Maintenance for one year for each License. Authority for this Sole source requirement is FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This simplified acquisition has an estimated value of less than $25,000. Award will be made on or about December 14, 2007. This is not a request for expressions of interest, proposals or quotations. No solicitation exists. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. To be considered, written inquiries shall be submitted by e-mail, no later than December 13, 2007, to the Contract Specialist, John Adams, at adamsjl@efv.usmc.mil. The contractor will be responsible for validating Government receipt by calling the Contract Specialist, 70 3-490-8767. Numbered Note 22 applies to this acquisition.
