Description
RUNWAY CONCRETE, JOINT SEALANT AND SPALL REPAIR, NAVAL AIR STATION, MERIDIAN, MS THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. A solicitation notice will be published before invitations are issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is N69450-R-08-5320 and this office intends to issue solicitation notice approximately Jan 10 2008. This office is soliciting interest and Capability Statements from all qualified and interested parties with a priority on HubZone for this solicitation. The Government will use responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis to make appropriate acquisition decisions to solicit this project as either a competitive HubZone or Unrestricted. To help the government make this determination, all interested concerns meeting the below requirements should notify this office NLT close of business 07 Jan 2008, ATTN Jason Clayton, phone 601-679-2510, fax (601) 679-2147 or email Jason.e.clayton@navy.mil. This notification shall include and address the following requirements to enable the government to evaluate the responses and make a determination: 1) Provide proof of SBA certification for HubZone status? 2) Are you certified under the NAICS code 237310? 3) List any contract(s) your company has performed or is currently performing that would be considered the same or similar in complexity to the work described. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, incidental engineering, transportation, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the complete and satisfactory runway, taxiways, apron concrete general repair and replacement and associated sealant by means of an indefinite quantity contract for a period of 12 months. The contract also provides additional four 12 month option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The NAICS for the procurement(s) is 237310, with a size standard of $31 Million. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available at this time. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. After completing its analysis, the Government will determine whether to set procurement aside for HubZone or proceed with full and open competition as Unrestricted. Offers that do not meet requirements or submit within the allotted time will not be considered. The overall IDQ base year is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The guaranteed minimum project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
